*All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends. Keep in mind some products are made to order.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, our team at Faire L'amour will contact you via email or telephone.
* Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Faire L'amour is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address. If you feel your package has been lost or stolen please contact your local delivery carrier for more information.
*Additionally, insurance can be purchased during the shipping process.
*If your item has been returned back to us due to an incorrect address, you are responsible for paying for reshipment and providing us with the correct address.
